Christmas Card #5

I was so excited about these print and cut tags for my Silhouette Cameo.  Unfortunately the image was not the greatest quality so I am on the hunt for a better image for the next batch.

Scentsational Seasons Stampin Up! set and dies teamed up with my Silhouette Cameo print and cut.  The print quality wasn't the greatest but I am still happy with the card overall.

Christmas Card #4

I got this idea from Pinterest for the Swiss Dots embossing and square patterned accents.  I don't know why but I still get so excited when I see cards online that I like and I already have all the items to make it!

I wasn't sure which sentiment to use so I added a Stamp and Die Cut gingerbread man and square accent to make the space feel less sparse.

Christmas Card #3

Ever have one of those cards that you just never feel is complete?  This was my kryptonite card for some reason.  I was going for a super simple layered paper and embellishment but it just didn't feel right.

I embossed my Spellbinders cuts and layered them, added a Stamp and Die Cut image, and then another :)

Lastly because I just could not justify any more stamping, I added a few pearl accents.

I think I finally am feeling happy with this card, although it took me unusually longer than normal.

Christmas Card #2

Christmas Card #2, simple card playing around with Stampin Up! Be of Good Cheer DSP and Stitched Satin ribbon

This was a pretty simple card, as I am normally a pretty simple person.  Some strips of cardstock, ribbon, beads and tag from my stash and my card was complete.

Christmas Card #1

This is my first year with homemade Christmas cards.

My goal is to make each card different.

This is a simple card I made using shimmery green paper I picked up at an estate sale along with Stampin Up! Scentsational Season Stamps and corresponding dies. Sentiment from Polar Party stamp set.

4.25 x 5.5 A2 card size is my go to.  I ordered some cello clear card holders to use in lieu of envelopes so I am excited for those to come in.

I have a Silhouette Cameo and wasn't sure how into the Stamp+Die Cut combo I would be, but I must admit it is fun an versatile.

I almost never color in my stamped images despite the fact that I bought Copics for that very purpose.  Today I took some color pencils to spice up the card just a little.  (Can you see where I colored outside of the lines?)
